Blir s\u00e5sen f\u00f6r tjock kan man sp\u00e4da med lite vatten.<br \/>\nSk\u00e4r mor\u00f6tterna i tunna skivor och koka dem i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten n\u00e5gra minuter eller \u00e5ngkoka dem i mikron. Skala och finhacka vitl\u00f6ken. F\u00f6rv\u00e4ll sockerb\u00f6norna 1 minut, om de \u00e4r f\u00e4rska. Frysta kan man anv\u00e4nda direkt. Sk\u00e4r salladsl\u00f6k och\u00a0paprika i\u00a0inte f\u00f6r sm\u00e5 bitar. V\u00e4rm sesam\/rapsoljan i en wok- eller stekpanna. L\u00e4gg i den hackade vitl\u00f6ken, de avrunna mor\u00f6tterna, paprika, sockerb\u00f6nor (ev frysta) och den frysta majsen. Woka tills mor\u00f6tterna har lagom tuggmotst\u00e5nd. Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e5 den skivade salladsl\u00f6ken och smaka av med lite salt eller fisks\u00e5s.<br \/>\nV\u00e4rm rapsolja i en stekpanna och l\u00e4gg i den marinerade kycklingen i omg\u00e5ngar f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 lite f\u00e4rg. N\u00e4r kycklingen \u201cbrynts\u201d runt om sl\u00e5s \u00e4ven marinaden \u00f6ver. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock och stek f\u00e4rdig kycklingen. Koka riset. N\u00e4r allt \u00e4r klart sl\u00e5r man jordn\u00f6tss\u00e5sen \u00f6ver kycklingen och v\u00e4rmer upp. V\u00e4rm \u00e4ven gr\u00f6nsakerna.
