Tills\u00e4tt vattnet och str\u00f6sockret och koka p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme tills allt mosat sig. Kyl ner rabarbermoset. Vispa gr\u00e4dden (inte f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt). R\u00f6r ihop \u00e4ggulor, florsocker och vaniljsocker och blanda ner ca h\u00e4lften av rabarbermoset och yoghurten. V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner gr\u00e4dden. K\u00f6r allt i glassmaskin. N\u00e4r glassen \u00e4r klar l\u00e4ggs h\u00e4lften av smeten i en form kl\u00e4dd med plastfilm. Bred \u00f6ver resten av rabarbermoset, dra med en gaffel s\u00e5 allt blandas lite l\u00e4tt och stick ner mar\u00e4ngerna. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 resten av\u00a0glassmeten. T\u00e4ck med plastfilm och frys in i minst\u00a04 timmar, g\u00e4rna l\u00e4ngre.<br \/>\nOm man inte har en glassmaskin g\u00e5r det bra\u00a0att g\u00f6ra en parfait ist\u00e4llet. Byt d\u00e5 ut yoghurten och anv\u00e4nd enbart vispgr\u00e4dde (5 dl), som vispas h\u00e5rt. Vispa i florsockret, vaniljsockret och \u00e4ggulorna. R\u00f6r ner h\u00e4lften av rabarbermoset och varva sedan smeten med resten av moset och mar\u00e4ngerna i en form kl\u00e4dd med plastfolie.
