Sl\u00e5 allt \u00f6ver k\u00f6ttet i grytan. Koka ur stekpannan med en aning vatten, fond, tomatpur\u00e9, soja och 1 dl av vinet. Ge allt ett uppkok och h\u00e4ll sedan \u00f6ver i grytan. L\u00e4gg i lagerblad, rosmarin, timjan, salt, svartpeppar, sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 resten av vinet och blanda runt. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i ugnen i 2 timmar. Kolla under tiden om det beh\u00f6vs mer vin eller buljong. Efter 2 timmar l\u00e4gger man i lammkorven skuren i mindre bitar och s\u00e4tter in hela h\u00e4rligheten i ugnen igen. H\u00f6j temperaturen till 175\u00b0. Ta locket av grytan n\u00e4r en halvtimme \u00e5terst\u00e5r. Kolla att k\u00f6ttet \u00e4r riktigt v\u00e4lkokt och att smakerna sitter. Servera med ett gott br\u00f6d, t ex focaccia, s\u00f6tpotatisstrips eller annan potatis.
