Ta bort k\u00e4rnhuset och sk\u00e4r \u00e4pplena i tunna klyftor. Str\u00f6 ut lite av den smuliga degen i pajformen och tryck till lite l\u00e4tt. L\u00e4gg \u00e4ppelklyftorna i rader p\u00e5 degsmulorna. \u00a0Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver kardemumman och st\u00e4nk p\u00e5 calvados. Finf\u00f6rdela resten av degen \u00f6ver pajen och gr\u00e4dda i 200\u00b0 i 20-25 minuter eller tills kakan f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg.
