Koka upp vattnet och h\u00e4ll det kokande i bunken. Blanda om v\u00e4l och l\u00e5t svalna till 30-40\u00b0.<br \/>\nRaskdeg: L\u00f6s upp j\u00e4sten i vattnet och tills\u00e4tt r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l och surdeg. K\u00f6r tillsammans med sk\u00e5llningen i en k\u00f6ksmaskin i ca 5 minuter. L\u00e5t raskdegen j\u00e4sa ca 45 minuter i bunken.<br \/>\nBortg\u00f6rning: Tills\u00e4tt vetemj\u00f6l och sirap och k\u00f6r degen 5-6 minuter p\u00e5 l\u00e5g hastighet. T\u00e4ck bunken med en k\u00f6kshandduk och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i minst en timme i rumstemperatur. H\u00e4ll ut degen p\u00e5 ett l\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lat bakbord och dela i tv\u00e5 delar. Forma till limpor och dem i tv\u00e5 sm\u00f6rade och mj\u00f6lade 1-litersformar med skarven upp\u00e5t. OBS! snitta inte br\u00f6den med kniv utan l\u00e5t dem pricka naturligt. T\u00e4ck med en handduk och j\u00e4s i ytterligare 1\u00bd timme i rumstemperatur. Br\u00f6den ska \u00f6ka med 30-40 procent i storlek.<br \/>\nS\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250\u00b0 ca \u00bd timme f\u00f6re bakning. St\u00e4ll in br\u00f6den mitt i ugnen, s\u00e4nk temperaturen till 230\u00b0 och baka i 30-40 minuter. Ta br\u00f6den ur formarna och l\u00e5t svalna p\u00e5 galler.<br \/>\nJag anv\u00e4nde mig av torkad r\u00e5gsurdeg, som jag sparat sen tidigare. Dagen f\u00f6re baket r\u00f6r man ut 2-3 msk torrsurdeg i 2 dl vatten och 200 g fint r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l. Dagen d\u00e4rp\u00e5 har man en grundsur om det vill sig v\u00e4l. Min blev inte s\u00e5 bubblig, s\u00e5 jag tillsatte 5 g j\u00e4st och sen blev det fart och klar f\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndning.
