Blanda alla torra ingredienser utom parmesan. Koka upp vattnet och sl\u00e5 detta tillsammans med oljan \u00f6ver fr\u00f6blandningen. R\u00f6r ordentligt tills det blir som en boll. Dela i tv\u00e5 delar och kavla ut tunt mellan tv\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Dra av det \u00f6versta pappret och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver h\u00e4lften av osten. G\u00f6r likadant med den andra delen. S\u00e4tt in b\u00e5da pl\u00e5tarna i ugnen och gr\u00e4dda tillsammans i 50-60 minuter. Om man inte har varmluftsugn f\u00e5r man gr\u00e4dda en pl\u00e5t i taget.
