Blanda till en r\u00e5r\u00f6rd jordgubbssylt. Tills\u00e4tt ca 2 tsk limesaft. Smaka av om det beh\u00f6vs mer. Den kan g\u00e4rna vara lite syrlig f\u00f6r att balansera den s\u00f6ta fyllningen. St\u00e4ll i kylen.<br \/>\nSmula digestivekexen, g\u00e4rna i en matberedare. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver smulorna. R\u00f6r ihop till en deg som trycks ut i en l\u00e5g pajform med l\u00f6stagbar kant, ca 24 cm i diameter. St\u00e4ll i kylen tills den kallnat.<br \/>\nHacka den vita chokladen till fyllningen. Koka upp gr\u00e4dden i en kastrull. Ta av fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och tills\u00e4tt den hackade chokladen och r\u00f6r tills den sm\u00e4lt. R\u00f6r sedan ner mascarponen i blandningen och vispa med elvisp tills allt blandats och \u00e4r sl\u00e4tt. Bred ut smeten i de kalla pajskalet och l\u00e5t kallna i kylen. Ta f\u00f6rsiktigt ur pajen ur formen och sl\u00e5 \u00f6ver de r\u00e5r\u00f6rda jordgubbarna. L\u00e5t det rinna ner lite l\u00e4ngs kanterna.
