Sk\u00f6lj ev spenatbladen. Jag anv\u00e4nde babyspenat i p\u00e5se som redan \u00e4r sk\u00f6ljd. Skala ingef\u00e4ran och sk\u00e4r i l\u00f6vtunna skivor. Sk\u00f6lj limen och sk\u00e4r \u00e4ven den i l\u00f6vtunna skivor. Ta bort k\u00e4rnor och v\u00e4ggar i chilifrukten och sk\u00e4r i tunna ringar. Gillar man hetta i maten skivar man chilin med k\u00e4rnor och allt. Sk\u00e4r kycklingfil\u00e9erna i tunna sneda bitar. Fr\u00e4s den skivade vitl\u00f6ken i olja, tills\u00e4tt ingef\u00e4ran och d\u00e4refter currypastan, som man mosar ut. Se till att allt bubblar ordentligt f\u00f6r att b\u00e4st f\u00e5 fram alla smaker. R\u00f6r ner r\u00e5sockret och tills\u00e4tt kokosmj\u00f6lken under omr\u00f6rning. Tills\u00e4tt den skivade chilin. Koka upp och smaks\u00e4tt med fisks\u00e5s och ev salt. L\u00e4gg i kycklingen och l\u00e5t allt koka 6-7 minuter. Smaka av. Koka nudlarna i ca 5 minuter (se paketet) och l\u00e5t sedan rinna av, men inte kallna. L\u00e4gg nudlarna p\u00e5 ett fat eller i en l\u00e5g vid sk\u00e5l, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver den skivade schalottenl\u00f6ken, spenatbladen och sl\u00e5 kycklingen med den goda s\u00e5sen \u00f6ver hela h\u00e4rligheten.
