L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver allt i bunken med oljeblandningen. Skala och skiva potatisen p\u00e5 en mandolin och sk\u00f6lj av den i ett durkslag. Om man inte g\u00f6r klar grat\u00e4ngen omedelbart kan man l\u00e4gga potatisskivorna i ett k\u00e4rl med vatten som t\u00e4cker, s\u00e5 de inte m\u00f6rknar.
