Inget av det vita f\u00e5r finnas kvar. Sk\u00e4r frukten i tunna skivor, som sedan delas i &#8220;t\u00e5rtbitar&#8221;, 6-8 bitar blir lagom. L\u00e4gg all frukt, plus saften, vatten, citronsaft och ev k\u00e4rnor i en rymlig kastrull. Koka upp, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock och s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen. L\u00e5t koka ca 1 timme. H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen och blanda ner syltsockret lite i taget. R\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t stormkoka, utan lock, i ca 3 minuter. Skumma av och g\u00f6r ett marmeladprov. Plocka bort ev k\u00e4rnor. Sl\u00e5 upp p\u00e5 varma, v\u00e4l rengjorda, burkar och s\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ett lock.
