Mortla kryddorna fint. V\u00e4rm h\u00e4lften av oljan i en stor stekpanna p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. L\u00e4gg i kycklingl\u00e5ren och stek dem ca 5 minuter tills de \u00e4r vackert ljusbruna runt om. Ta dem ur pannan och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan. Tills\u00e4tt den tunnskivade l\u00f6ken och bryn ca 6 minuter tills den \u00e4r ljusgul. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver l\u00f6ken och fettet, se till att f\u00e5 med bottensatsen i stekpannan, i en sk\u00e5l och k\u00f6r med mixerstav tills allt blivit en sl\u00e4t pasta. G\u00e5r \u00e4ven bra att k\u00f6ra i mixer. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll resterande olja i pannan och s\u00e4tt v\u00e4rmen p\u00e5 medium. Tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra och hackad chili (om man anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rsk) och rosta ca 1 minut innan tomaterna tills\u00e4tts. R\u00f6r om v\u00e4l och sjud 2 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt sedan gurkmeja och chilipulver (om man inte anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rsk) och r\u00f6r om ordentligt. L\u00e4gg d\u00e4refter i kryddblandningen och laga i 5-6 minuter. Nu l\u00e4ggs l\u00f6kpasta och yoghurt i och allt blandas v\u00e4l. L\u00e5t koka ihop n\u00e5got och smaka av. Dags f\u00f6r kycklingen att l\u00e4ggas i. S\u00e4tt ev till vatten om s\u00e5sen verkar f\u00f6r tjock. T\u00e4ck med lock och l\u00e5t koka i 30-35 minuter tills kyckling \u00e4r klar.
