R\u00f6r sedan ner kanel och vaniljsocker. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kylen i 1 timme.<br \/>\nTill fyllningen sk\u00e5llas och skalas mandlarna. Sm\u00e4lt 1 dl socker i en panna och r\u00f6r i kanel n\u00e4r sockret b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 lite f\u00e4rg. H\u00e4ll i mandlarna och r\u00f6r om ordentligt. Se till att det inte blir br\u00e4nt. H\u00e4ll i de torkade b\u00e4ren och blanda om. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver allt p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper och l\u00e5t stelna. Hacka sedan grovt och f\u00f6rvara torrt p\u00e5 ett rent papper. Ej i kylsk\u00e5pet.<br \/>\nVispa gr\u00e4dden och v\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner i den hopr\u00f6rda yoghurtmassan tillsammans med ca h\u00e4lften av karamellen. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver i en rund vattensk\u00f6ljd form med l\u00f6stagbar kant. T\u00e4ck med plastfolie och st\u00e4ll in i frysen i minst 4 timmar, helst \u00f6ver natten. Ta ut glassen ca 30 minuter innan den ska serveras och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver resterande karamell.
