Ta upp och l\u00e4gg \u00e5t sidan , men spar fettet i pannan. Sk\u00f6lj chilifrukten och finhacka den. Ta bort k\u00e4rnor och mellanv\u00e4ggar om du inte gillar stark mat. Skala l\u00f6ken och sk\u00e4r i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar och l\u00e4gg i pannan med baconfettet tillsammans med den hackade chilin. Skala, k\u00e4rna ur och sk\u00e4r alla \u00e4pplen i sm\u00e5 bitar och l\u00e4gg i l\u00f6kpannan. L\u00e5t allt steka mjukt och l\u00e4gg i det stekta baconet. Smaka av med soja, lite nymalen svartpeppar och ev lite salt.<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg ut k\u00f6ttskivorna p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da och t\u00e4ck med plastfolie. Banka f\u00f6rsiktigt ut skivorna, s\u00e5 de blir lite tunnare. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite salt och peppar och l\u00e4gg 1 msk fyllning p\u00e5 varje skiva. Rulla ihop och f\u00e4st med tandpetare. Fyllningen som blir \u00f6ver l\u00e4gger man ovanp\u00e5 rulladerna n\u00e4r de \u00e4r f\u00e4rdiga.<br \/>\nBryn rulladerna runt om och tills\u00e4tt sedan lite buljong. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock och l\u00e5t koka ca 30 min. Tills\u00e4tt cr\u00e8me fraichen och koka ytterligare 30 min. Kolla att k\u00f6ttet k\u00e4nns f\u00e4rdigt. Ju l\u00e4ngre k\u00f6ttet f\u00e5r st\u00e5 p\u00e5 desto godare och m\u00f6rare blir det. Ta av locket n\u00e4r ca 10 minuter \u00e5terst\u00e5r och koka ihop s\u00e5sen till kr\u00e4mig konsistens. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver den uppv\u00e4rmda &#8216;fyllningen&#8217; och hackad bladpersilja.
