Koka dem sedan i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten ca 1 minut. Ta upp och sk\u00f6lj dem i kallt vatten. L\u00e4gg ut bladen p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en fiskfil\u00e9. Salta l\u00e4tt och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite krossad ros\u00e9peppar. Rulla ihop purjol\u00f6ken med r\u00f6dingfil\u00e9erna fr\u00e5n den smala sidan till ett &#8220;paket&#8221;. G\u00f6r likadant med resten av purjon och fisken till totalt 4 paket. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver resterande salt och ros\u00e9peppar. Bryn paketen i sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 alla sidor, ca 1 minut per sida och l\u00e4gg \u00f6ver i en eldfast form.
