Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e5 bikarbonaten utr\u00f6rd i lite vatten och mj\u00f6l till lagom konsistens. Man f\u00e5r prova sig fram. Jag brukar b\u00f6rja med 700 g. L\u00e5t sedan degen st\u00e5 i rumstemperatur \u00f6ver natten. Ska den st\u00e5 l\u00e4ngre st\u00e4ller man in den i kylsk\u00e5p. Mj\u00f6la bakbordet v\u00e4l och kavla ut degen ganska tunt.
