R\u00f6r ner hackad mandel eller n\u00f6tter samt de okokta mannagrynen. Gr\u00e4dda i en v\u00e4l smord och br\u00f6ad liten l\u00e5ngpanna (ca 25&#215;35 cm) eller t\u00e4ck botten med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. S\u00e4tt in i 200 grader i 15-20 minuter.<br \/>\nKoka upp vatten, socker och ev krydda. Ta av fr\u00e5n plattan och tills\u00e4tt citron-apelsinsaften. Sk\u00e4r kakan i 24 j\u00e4mnstora rutor. Ta bort kryddan ur lagen och sl\u00e5 den sedan \u00f6ver kakan.
