Sk\u00e4r kycklingfil\u00e9erna i vardera tre delar och marinera i blandningen i ett dygn i kylen. Skala och finhacka l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k och ingef\u00e4ra. Fr\u00e4s tillsammans med kryddorna i sm\u00f6r i en liten gryta. Fr\u00e4s ca 5 minuter s\u00e5 smak och doft kommer ig\u00e5ng Tills\u00e4tt krossade tomater,cashewn\u00f6tter och socker och koka ihop ca 5 minuter. Mixa till en sl\u00e4t s\u00e5s och blanda i yoghurt och vatten (om s\u00e5sen verkar tjock) och krydda med ca \u00bd tsk salt (kolla f\u00f6rst). H\u00e4ll tillbaka s\u00e5sen i grytan och koka ihop 10-15 minuter. V\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader. Ta upp kycklingen ur marinaden och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Str\u00f6 p\u00e5 1\/4 tsk salt. Stek mitt i ugnen ca 15 minuter. L\u00e4gg sedan kycklingbitarna i s\u00e5sen och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka i ytterligare 15-20 minuter. Smaka ev av med mer salt och yoghurt.
