Strimla biffen och l\u00e4gg \u00a0den i marinaden ca 1 timme. Om k\u00f6ttet verkar h\u00e5rt har jag h\u00f6rt att man kan str\u00f6 p\u00e5 lite str\u00f6socker och l\u00e5ta k\u00f6ttet ligga och dra i 3 timmar innan man l\u00e4gger det i marinaden. Har dock inte testat detta sj\u00e4lv.<br \/>\nSk\u00e4r mor\u00f6tter och k\u00e5lrot (ungef\u00e4r lika mycket av varje) i tunna strimlor. F\u00f6rv\u00e4ll i kokande vatten eller \u00e5ngkoka i 3 min. Fr\u00e4s finhackad vitl\u00f6k och riven ingef\u00e4ra i lite olja. Tills\u00e4tt sedan rotfruktsblandningen tillsammans med finstrimlad chili. Sk\u00e4r salladsl\u00f6karna, i inte alltf\u00f6r sm\u00e5 bitar, p\u00e5 snedden och tills\u00e4tt dessa n\u00e4r allt b\u00f6rjar bli klart. Rotfrukterna ska ha tuggmotst\u00e5nd.<br \/>\nStek k\u00f6ttet i neutral olja. Det tar bara n\u00e5gra minuter. Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 lite sesamolja (f\u00f6rh\u00f6jer smaken). Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver rostade sesamfr\u00f6n och finstrimlad purjol\u00f6k.
