Hacka sedan grovt. Vispa ihop sm\u00f6r och socker och vispa i ett \u00e4gg i taget. Blanda ihop vetemj\u00f6l, bakpulver, vaniljsocker, mandel och citronskal och r\u00f6r ner i \u00e4ggsmeten. Blanda samman till en deg. Ta upp p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord och rulla ut till 4 l\u00e4ngder som l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i ca 25 minuter. Tag ut skorporna och s\u00e4nk ugnsv\u00e4rmen till 80-100 grader (80 i varmluftsugn). Sk\u00e4r l\u00e4ngderna i sneda bitar medan de fortfarande \u00e4r vara.Det blir 17-18 skorpor per l\u00e4ngd. L\u00e4gg tillbaka p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten och torka i ugnen i 45-60 minuter.
