L\u00e4gg i fiskfil\u00e9erna och st\u00e4ll kallt ca 2 timmar. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Skala och finhacka vitl\u00f6ken och fr\u00e4s den i oljan i en liten panna. R\u00f6r i spiskummin, tomatpur\u00e9, chiliflakes, salt och vatten och koka ihop n\u00e5got. Ta upp de l\u00e4ttrimmade fiskfil\u00e9erna och kolla att de inte \u00e4r f\u00f6r salta. Sk\u00f6lj i s\u00e5 fall av dem. Torka av fil\u00e9erna och l\u00e4gg dem i en ugnss\u00e4ker form med lite olivolja i botten. Bred \u00f6ver tomats\u00e5sen. Skiva tomaterna och l\u00e4gg dem ovanp\u00e5. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver hackad persilja och koriander och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver lite olivolja. Tillaga i ugnen ca 20 minuter, beroende p\u00e5 fiskens tjocklek.
