St\u00f6t ihop degen efter halva tiden. L\u00e4gg degen p\u00e5 ett mj\u00f6lat bakbord och dela den i tv\u00e5 bitar. Dra \u00a0f\u00f6rsiktigt ut bitarna och vik l\u00e5ngsidorna upp mot mitten. Forma till tv\u00e5\u00a0limpor. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under duk till dubbel storlek, ca en och en halv timme. S\u00e4tt under tiden in en pl\u00e5t nederst i ugnen eller l\u00e4gg in en baksten och v\u00e4rm ugnen till 250 grader. Snitta br\u00f6den med en vass kniv, st\u00e4ll in dem i ugnen och sl\u00e4ng in en kopp vatten p\u00e5 botten i ugnen. S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen till 200 grader efter 5 minuter. \u00d6ppna ugnsluckan efter ytterligare 10 minuter f\u00f6r att lufta. Detta g\u00f6r man f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en knaprig skorpa. Baka i totalt 50-60 min.
