L\u00f6s upp j\u00e4sten i lite av pur\u00e9n och tills\u00e4tt sedan resten av pur\u00e9n. Tills\u00e4tt honung och ev de rostade solrosfr\u00f6na, grahamsmj\u00f6let ev blandat med chiafr\u00f6n och specialvete och arbeta till en smidig deg. Spara n\u00e5gon dl mj\u00f6l till utbakningen. K\u00f6r i 5-7 minuter och tills\u00e4tt sedan saltet och k\u00f6r ytterligare 2 minuter. L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa minst 1 timme g\u00e4rna i 2. Dela degen i tv\u00e5 lika stora delar och forma tv\u00e5 br\u00f6d eller l\u00e4gg dem i tv\u00e5 smorda 1\u00bd-l formar, s\u00e5 beh\u00e5ller de h\u00f6jden b\u00e4ttre. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa ca 1 timme. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader. Pensla br\u00f6den med lite vatten och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver mj\u00f6lk. Sk\u00e4r n\u00e5gra snitt med vass kniv, s\u00e4tt in dem i ugnen och sl\u00e4ng in en kopp vatten i botten p\u00e5 ugnen. S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen till 200 grader, \u00f6ppna ugnsluckan och sl\u00e4pp ut \u00e5nga efter 5 minuter.
